Yes it was statutory rape, but since she never came forward, it is extremly hard to prove.

Sure it's definite she was raped by some of the players, but which ones? Without the DNA type evidence convictions are almost impossible.

Yes, the parents were out of their minds! But then I think any parents who send their child to a public college without exposing them to alcohol at home is asking for trouble.

(I read this a few days ago and it just about made me cry.)
