The World Cup is the name of the world chaminoship for football (or soccer if you are in the U.S.) It is currently in process. Crud Puppy appears to be 'cupping' the world in his palms, hence a 'World Cup. The newest evil event in the olympics ;) It's a pun. I understand Illiad has been severly reprimanded for using puns by all of his foreign readers. They are hard to translate.
