UK ones sexy(james bond thing?)... I also like some of the southern US ones(hmm hello cowboy lol). French ones are ok I guess but I hear them frequently(I live in the french sector and my roommates family is french canadian) same with german and greek.(though Japanese are cute :) as are argentinan)

I don't know which would be the most annoying... probably unclear speech despite whatever accent it is...(and something high pitched or nasal perhaps<shrug>)
