Look as hard as you will, there is no AJ. All the character names are consecutive and overlap occasionally. The moderators' names fill in gaps right to left. The remaining letters form: BILL GATES WHY WINDOWS XP JOKERDRUM (assuming Hilary is a red herring).

Illiad is in once as moderator and once as a character (he has guest starred occasionally!)

And of course, that putative new moderator :)

(by the way, reading the equally red herring text - it goes right to left OUR NEW MOD - not YOUR, the Y is in the wrong place.

Did you notice the evil ones are diagonal? And Pitr isn't? He must be one of the Good Guys ;-)
