no, i jest - i'm all for people using their own language, so long as they're speaking to someone who understands it.

how long to practice...hmm...i dunno. i'd say until ... well...no. I don't know, i'll have to think about that one.

You're correct that if they get the words right, but not the syntax, they're doing good. look at Yoda. I neglected to mention that most often (in my admitedly limited experience, anyway), the two often go hand in hand.

And yes, i suppose that poor English isn't really an accent. I needed to gripe about it though. I'm sorry, this was probably not the best place to do it.

Worst accent: the one you use when your foot is in your mouth.
