my eudora and also with sylpheed. I use the built in filters and tell it to sort ones with specific phrases or senders into the trash. It catches alot of things and its trial and error over time adding in knew ones(to the filter) as I come across spam it didn't take out the first time. The only problem with the "to be unsubscribed" phrase in the filter is I do get email lists so when doing that you have to make sure it wont put to trash wanted list mail which may also contain that phrase.
