...is by not checking email. Seriously. I've managed to block a LOT of it, but some always manages to sneak through. Blocking it is pretty straightforward - just use OE's filters to automatically delete messages with certain phrases, such as "To be unsubscribed" and "address with the word REMOVE in the" and things of that nature. Go through her junk mail and look for common words and phrases. And remind her to not unsubscribe from anything.
