I can't tell you how many times I've clicked the LOTD, only to have two things happen: 1) I go to a site and all the stuff that makes it a LOTD makes it impossible for me to see. 2) A bunch of windows open from Macromedia, offering to download the flash or shockwave plugin-- a plugin that does not work on my browser. When I say "a bunch," I mean sometimes over 30 windows open with macromedia.com trying to get me to d/l their software. It doesn't happen with Mozilla, but I was using Konqueror and it was a constant irritation and problem. BTW: I am cautious about UFing from w*rk, so now I mostly just don't even bother looking at the LOTD.
