  Do you know how the legal board by Naruki 2002-05-13 06:42:48
is handled? That's regulation, right? Who is in charge of setting the standards? They must differ from state to state, not to mention country to country, but there's still a regulatory board of some sort.

I've seen attempts at setting ethical standards from a long time ago in the IT field, but I don't know how successful or widespread they were.

I would like to see what the possible form of regulation would be, especially compared with other fields, before dismissing it out of hand.
