do portray them as one series. They have been released as "omnibus" type editions with several novels in one book. These ones have "The Eternal Champions" as either the main title or sub-title. They are quite good but very, very dark. Hawkmoon basically has an explosive device surgically implanted into his forehead. Erikose is cursed to never die and to remember all of the other lives as if they were his own. He wanders through all of the dimensions and forgets certain things but remebers others as he goes. Elric is the one I read the most. He's an albino who needs drugs to survive until he gets Stormbringer. The sword then sustains him by draining the souls of those it kills and feeding the power into him. He also comes from a race that worships the gods of Chaos and keep an "orchestra" of people from the other races that have had their voices surgically altered. Each "instrument" can only create one note, but they produce that note perfectly. I can't remember much about Corum except that he only has one eye. He gets the other eye replaced at some point with a magical orb that "sees" into other dimensions. He has to keep that eye covered in order to maintain his sanity.
