What you learn to respond to, if you HAVE to change your name. Or, your friends decide for you to change your name - I now respond to "Sehm" and "Sehmket," as well as the various pet names family members and such call me (my SO's brother calls me "Hungaria," just to PO me, but I respond to it, dangit).
