Certainly no one here. Unfortunately, many people are morons. Unfortunately, many morons are capable of both purchasing a computer and calling tech support. And, since they are morons, they can't believe that THEY did anything wrong...so they blame it on an innocent tech. Just repeat to yourself, "They are morons. They are morons.
