Life sucks, and you must find your own way to deal with it. I would be long dead but for my faith.

Those who have said that you need face-to-face help are right, however. Go talk to someone. If you can't find someone you know and trust, seek out a preacher or priest. Even if you disdain their beliefs, these guys are trained to help.
