Tech Support! Everything is the tech's fault, even if Junior DID spill Coke all over the keyboard, and the user put it in the dishwasher to clean it! It is sad when the average person who'd NEVER try this crap on a car, or their washer, decides to fool with their system and then blame the tech. Usually in words that would get 'em a punch in the face from an on-site repairman!</rant!>(for now)
