you know endorphins are supposed to be good for helping elevate mood amoungst other things. They do advise exercise for it and such. Also some adults and kids I know with adhd feel calmer after a work out. Typically I walk a minimum of 40 min a day... I don't do it for depression though as typically I'm not depressed (well not this time of year). My depression type symptoms will ease when the current offline "stuff" I'm dealing with is over. In my diary it explains what that stuff is... I've delt with loss many times since I was 4 or 5 yrs old. Its my daughter this time which makes it a bit diffrent. But also in this case I have now people being opinionated and trying to butt in and an ex husband that is having problems comming to terms with things...
