I have a trivia question for which I do *not* know the answer and have no idea how to find the answer, and figured I'd throw it out to youse guys out dere!
What is the least number of pitches made, in total, in a major league baseball game, where the game ran to completion in at least 9 innings? (The minimum it could be, I believe, is 52 (6 pitches/inning, 3 pitches in the top of the ninth, score tied, and a home run struck on the first pitch of the bottom of the ninth)
