How about several commercial choices: CivCTP AlphaCentauri Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns Dominions SimCity 3000 MythII Heroes of Might and Magic III Hit TuxGames.com and Linuxgames.com and search for others that might not cost money. Try out FreeCIV. There are many non-FPS/non-WINE options. --azimir P.S. I own at least one copy of all of the aformentioned.
