You're ill, man. Very, very ill. I want you to lie down and read at least two BOFH articles an hour until you think you've regained your composure. Then get back on that phone and start telling people the reason their machines don't work is because they're infested with South American bit-biting beetles, accidentally shipped over in a crate of sweatshop-produced iMac smellcards. And then tell them the only way to rid their machines of these pests is to fill a large bucket with liquid antkiller and leave their PCs soaking in it overnight. And make sure they know NOT to unplug their PCs first, or they'll lose every file they've got, including the ones they've stored on entirely different computers. You with me?
