I was trying to help a caller find the "Settings" folder on their machine, and right-clicking was too complex for them to understand as well. So I tell them to click the "Start" button and pull up the menu. They say they don't see a "Start" button. Look at the bottom left of the screen, I suggest. So they search again and still can't find it. Finally they tell me their machine must not have one. Turns out they'd been searching all over the monitor box for an actual button. Guess I should have seen that coming...
