I'd have to go with a Shadowrun character I played some time ago. Being a tall, amazingly handsome half-elf certainly wouldn't hurt my lovelife any, and having bulletproof skin and superhuman strength wouldn't be such a bad thing either, considering all the pissed off guys I'd be inadvertently stealing women away from. I'd want to adjust the character's background before I committed to anything, though. Constantly having angry cultists trying to melt my head with wacko magic spells could get pretty tiresome after the first ten minutes or so.
