More access my foot, I'm in support and other then about 5 commands that I almost NEVER USE I don't have any more access than the next guy, I just know how to track down problems, and with 90% of the calls, I've heard it before. When someone calls and does what you're saying right now they're usually shooting themselves in the foot. Cooperation is the key; we have some great customers....

Now, other companies in the area have zombies (Road Runner, for instance) in their support department, so I suppose I can understand that attitude if the tech is trying to walk you through your settings when you're just trying to get them to admit the smtp server is down......heh
