they just emptied the trash, so I dunno what it said. I'm sure it said low fat though. the company that puts it out is good though, they labeled it all natural up until last year when they switched to artificial vitamins. no BGH or any of that, so it's good stuff. they gotta add cornstarch or something though becuase it's thick like whole milk.
