But "low fat" milk means it must contain less than 3 grams of fat per serving - which means even something like 2% milk does NOT qualify!

2% milk can be called "reduced fat", though, as it only contains 5 grams of fat per serving.

1% milk contains 2.5 grams/serving, so it is considered low fat (and it's just colored water, if you ask me). Now, just what did you think you were drinking again? :)
