Ways to irritate tech support by crazysteve2002-03-28 11:51:32

For more modem fun... by nin_man 2002-03-28 14:00:18
Hook your modem up to the same phone line as your phone. Turn off the "Wait for dial tone before dialling" option and turn its volume, if possible, up - a lot. Call support and claim that you're having a problem accessing web pages. Naturally, the first thing they'll have you do is connect to the internet. Have your phone away from your head when you do so. Phone jockeys tend to have headsets, which will lead to bleeding from the ears as they try to tear the headseat away from their head to make it stop, make it stop, oh god please make it stop.
