Have the system crash, when it is running an dead version of the product, over 4.5 years old. Then say you have not run a back up in forever. Then say that you cant find the system media. So we cant rebuild the system. Of course my boss will still want me to help this client and pull a rabbit out of my butt. Please let me go home.
