Sometimes Illiad is really sloppy when drawing female forms, this time the surrounding is blurred also
* cleans glasses* That's better, still not sure: a couch? Is this body-without-a-head-and-without-full-legs really sitting?
An arm behind her (?) back ... maybe just as Milo's Venus: beautifull body, but alas, no legs to run when in danger, no head to respond to a gentle smile (or to shout for help), no arms to defend herself ...
