Is this anything like being in Tech suport? by Lina2002-03-28 05:03:07
Sounds like my father... by IByte 2002-03-28 08:05:24
who recently said when his mouse button didn't work (the mouse appears to be broken): "Could it be because I repeatedly slammed the table with that mouse?"

Yesterday evening, forementioned relative called me, just after I went to bed (OK, I was still watching TV), requesting an explanation of Outlook Express... (click by click, of course). At least I didn't have to try to hide my discontent...

I was a student aid as well, and yes, there were CS freshmen that needed an explanation of the Refresh button... even worse is that some media appear to go along with this intellectual level. I recently decided to cancel my subsciption to a computer magazine when I read an explanation of the Stop button ("Ten amazing ways to make your browser faster!").
