I was in the hell known as technical support. The inane questions seemed to never stop. Day after day I heard the mind numbing babble of those who didn't understand technology, I stared at the swirling sky, and my mind atrophied. I had to find a way out of here. I had to find the portal that I had entered through. The reality that I came from might not be stable as this one seemed to be, but at least there was variety.

The only clue for escape was the blocks of nutrients. They must be coming from somewhere. Every time one appeared I searched the area for a tear in the surrounding reality. A hole I could use to escape. One day when my meal appeared I noticed____________
