A word that is spelled like another word is that word's homograph. ("another word" is a bit fuzzy, but it means that transparently polysemous words aren't usually considered homographs).

A word that is pronounced like another word is its homophone.

Homonym is the blanket term (or hyperonym, if you like greek) for both.
