nationality etc - unless nationality is important for a visa. That's like putting your social insurance number on your resume. Very, very bad idea. I don't remember why but I've been told since grade 6 never put anything that personally identifying, like religion or whatever. I wish I could remember precisely why . . . but, for one reason, marital status and nationality or religion should have nothing to do with whether you can do a job or not.
Also, I always put my skills before my work experience since none of my work experience is relevent. Also, it can be very helpful to put in an "Interests" section. For two of the last three interviews I've been to, we ended up talking about Yoga or Water Polo. Very good way to leave a good last impression!
