The SSSCA Draft Bill would require all Software and Digital Devices to include mandatory Copy-Prevention Systems: yes, this includes harddrives. Also alreadyx considered DOA, the powers behind are nto restless. Basically, this would make it the Content "Providers" choice if you can CD-to-tape etc.

"If you're afraid of someone copying your work, don't publish it." someone else suggested. I have no problem with a balanced copyright law, but under the bills envisioned by the Content Managment Industry, most of Shakespeare's work wouldn't have existed.
