Ever noticed that people drinking tea "with a bit of lemon" never drink dark tea?
The lemon bleaches it to a beautiful gold-brown, really looks chique.
And what's more: if you clean the cup with lemon (don't need much),
then rinse wit hot water, it 'll leave no taste.
You don't have to drink your teae "with lemon" though, if you like it dark and pure.
(pure ... for an already flavored Earl Grey the lemon would be a third flavour: tea, bergamot, lemon: tried it?)
BTW:
i heard a "lady gray" tea should also exist. What 's it like?
Is that the same "lady Jane Gray", who once was "queen for 9 days" or something very short like that? |
