Having Mp3s as archival/transport copies of CDs that you've purchased is protected under case law. But Linfalgamo sez they have mp3s of stuff they've never purchased--and unless those mp3s of BNL songs were deliberately sent out on the net by BNL themselves, somebody deprived BNL control of their own product---they treated BNL as slave labor. Not a nice way to express fandom.
