I think it's shot in mexico. The song in the background sounds spanish and on the side of some trucks is spanish. Also there are a ton of VW bug taxiz. The only place I know that still makes the original style VW bugs is the Mexico VW plant. Therefore I say it's safe to assume the commercial is meant to look like it was in Mexico if it was not actually shot there.
