| You know, if you got rid of society's alleged ills, you'd get very lonely. Meanwhile, as you sit about sneering and being grouchy at people at-large, those same people at-large are out enjoying life. I'm proud to count myself among them. Here we see the great divide between geeks and everyone else. Geeks are unable or unwilling to mesh with the general populous, preferring the solitude of their own thoughts to those of the six billion others they share the planet with. It's nothing to do with computers at all. |
