if the install files were copied from the CD to the HardDrive. If not you will need the CD to create the boot floppies. IF you are creating the floppies from an NT environment you will use winnt32.exe instead of winnt.exe. Basically what happens is it starts the installation process, and terminates the installation process after boot disk creation. The flags you want to use are /OX.
