A 1MB PCI video card is sufficient for my mom who can't read small fonts and spends her time reading foreign news and emails all day. A P2-350 and a 64MB Voodoo5 is "sufficient" (though overkill in some respects) for my sister who spends her time playing older games like Unreal Tournament and Half-Life. An Athlon 900 w/ a 32MB GF2 GTS and 768MB of RAM is bare minimum for what I'm trying to do. ;)
