...while I do agree that it might seem so, the arguments against Anarchy reflect those against Democracy a lot.

"The average worked is not intelligent enough to have a say in factory management" (paraphrased, because I don't remember the exact words (and they were in russian), but Lenin said that).
This is mostly like saying that the average person is to stupid to say anything in government. Imagine you're an aristocrat in the time before Democracy, don't you think you'd never believe any of the farmers was intelligent enough to rule himself?

What I don't like is people who say "That would be anarchy" When they mean "That would be all out chaotic destruction".

The two are NOT the same.
