Forget that 1024 thing. 2 hard drives would be preferable, my solution was inteded to be for one who didn't want to spend moeny on new hardware, like most poeple don't wanna do. Just go through with the regular lilo config, and tell it to install to the masterboot record. Thats what I've always done, and it always works fine...
