see the plane in one of the frames ( if you have seen the test that was done in the late 70's early 80's of a 737 crash that was done under control you will see that the plane will slide a bit on the ground before it explodes there fore it is possible for it to be inside the building and very little damage to the ground as it was basilly still flying at extreme low level !!!
which does happen to aircraft in certatin sitsuations. take a glider that is coming in for a landing , under some situations if the pilot does one thing different on landing he will have waht is basilly a hover crafting effect he will be low but not touching the ground hard and willfloat all the length of the runway ( or grass area ) ( i know it has happend to me )

that is why there is very little dammage to the ground
