Someone posted the shutdown command yesterday, I think. Maybe the day before. It intrigued me, as do most nix commands, with its obfuscation. I asked myself, is this* where we're supposed to go if there is someday no Microsoft? So I held onto it, as evidence of *nix being Very Mean To Use. Danged if I know what it means, though. ;)
