i war reluctant to bleach it, but after i did, the color was a whole lot better and it actually looked blue to the naked eye instead of how it was before, where i had to get a bright light and shine it from the other side of my hair so that people could see the slight blue tint try bleaching it, just dont leave the bleach in for too long hehe, im actually thinking about bleaching my hair right after dying it blue, it looks sick- this one will be purely for the shock value :D
