I can't find hide nor hair of 'Rogue Studios', the ones who released it. On the plus side, if this's something that interests you, you can hit: here AMV Webring here Another webring. Or here... nothing hosted, but lists a huge number of videos created by different people that he'd be willing to burn to disc and send your way if you send the discs and return postage. I have the vid on my own drive, but with a lowly DSL on this end it'd probably take a while to DL.
