What kind of ignorant quack wrote that site?!?! Nederland is especially known for it's dairy products, including it's unique cheeses, of which Gouda is the better known. BTW, Gouda, Edam, are all named for the towns that invented them. No one claiming to be a cheese authority will ignore the Dutch cheeses.
