Questions about Redhat Linux and WinXP by cural2002-02-08 12:53:29
  Redhat, I believe, by Arcanum2002-02-08 13:08:26
Linux secure? by Kurioz 2002-02-08 19:49:02
*cough* *cough* *splutter* *splutter* *coronary*

no.

but it is the lesser of two evils >:)

I don't know - these days its all much of a muchness with regards to linux installs. 5 minutes with a security minded friend and its all over....

I'm not a genius on this subject by any matter, but if I can get a years uptime on Redhat without being owned, then pretty much anyone can :) (yes the machines run 'real' services, yes I keep up to date with advisories, no I am not being big headed, yes I have probably owned more machines than you in a past life - but that doesn't mean its hard to lock a box down [yes I am violating the posting drunk rule, but I've been away for 10 days and I'm feeling left out :P])
