but it sounds like Slack, RedHat or SuSE are the way to go. I've only tried RH so far, and a little Mandrake actually (that did WAY too much for me though, left nothing to drowning :> ), I'll take a shot at the others and see how they fit... BTW, thoughts on KDE vs. GNOME? (anyone still use Enlightenment?) Thanks for the help everyone!
