Voice control Linux by neuroMancer 2002-02-08 15:38:45
G'day,
I know this is off subject, however I really need help. A friend, who is Quadraplegic (can move his right arm forward abit but not back) runs his computer using a combination of Dragon Naturally speaking and a dos program for opening his door, answering phone etc. My question is: Is there any software for linux that does a similar job. I've heard that Emacs has voice but could it control a graphical desktop (I can't see how)
Thanks in advance, neuroMancer.
