Okay, I thought I had already had my worst case for this week but oh how wrong I was... At the end of today this came in.

Case history Summarised:

~ About 10 months ago ~
Customer buys printer
Printer doesn't work
Customer calls support
~ Extended troubleshooting over several months ~
Support confirm that printer does not work with customers computer due to incompatability
~ About a month ago ~
Customer gets money back and gets rid of the printer that never worked
~ Time passes (a few weeks to be precise) ~
Customer buys a new printer (of the same model as before)
Printer doesn't work
Customer calls support

~ And that's where we are now... ~

What to do???
