where defense is offence. Personally, for combat purposes, you avoid grappling with your opponent unless you're in real close quarters. Kuntu Bankui (Indonesian style) teaches close order combat without grappling. The best defense against a wrestler is to strike them, back off, and strike them again. The only time that dosn't work is when you have no manuvering room. But, I follow many of the principles of Jit Jun Do. Remember, the objective is to be the last one standing.
