Mine is as follows, Cust: Hello I Can't Log In Me: What Seems to be the problem Cust: I tried to log in and nothing happens me: Ok tell me what is on your Screen Cust: well its Dark Me : Hmm Could you check your cables from the monitor to the CPU ( we are a Small ISP and we do Help get them Going some times ) Cust: Ok, One Sec Let me get a Light its Dark In my Office Me Dark? cust yeah the powers out ( Yes It's TRUE the id10t tried to go on line while the power was out ) any others with true stories out in ufie land
